$$ P_{\mathrm{rbm}}(\boldsymbol{x},\boldsymbol{h}) = \frac{1}{Z} \exp{-E(\boldsymbol{x},\boldsymbol{h})}, $$where \( Z \) is the normalization constant or partition function, defined as
$$ Z = \int \int \exp{-E(\boldsymbol{x},\boldsymbol{h})} d\boldsymbol{x} d\boldsymbol{h}. $$Note the absence of the inverse temperature in these equations.
